I work remotely, and we do not talk to each other while the healing is in progress. Set aside 2 hours. Turn off all electronic devices such as telephone, TV, radio, etc. Sit or lie in a comfortable position. If you fall asleep, do nothing. You must only be open for the healing to take place. People who do not support the healing must be out of the house while the healing is in progress.
After the healing: Observe the effect of the healing in the days and weeks after the healing, and feel free to write me an email some time after the healing to tell me how it is going.
