Shamanic healing and shamanic school I have participated in shamanic healing and drum journeys both outdoors and indoors with Øyvind Martinsen over a period of time. This has given me a deeper connection with myself, and I also feel that I have become more confident and it has strengthened me in every way. I now have a more positive view of my future/life than I had before I met Øyvind and started the healing. He has also given me some techniques for self-healing that I feel have been useful! The shamanic circle initiated strong processes in me that are like walking and walking, simply an exciting journey both personally and professionally. I need them and they are very effective for me. I used the one I got from you first, and experienced something radical. You wrote that I should be aware of what I felt in the visualization. What I experienced was that my breathing changed. It became deep and slow. It was like physically feeling something uncomfortable let go. That's what's so great about your practice – that it's completely physical and bodily. Shamanistic practice is concrete and can be anchored more in the cultural reality that I live in. Healing and shamanic school In October 2016,
I was at healing with Øyvind in Moss. We started by spending time talking to each other, and in dialogue I discovered my healing needs. We started by sitting opposite each other on separate chairs. Øyvind used the rattle above and around me, and then held his hands above my head. I immediately felt the warmth from his hands, like a column of energy that went through my body. We then moved on to wordless "thread healing" where Øyvind sent an imaginary healing thread into me to remove negative energy. When we later shared experiences, my experience of where the "thread" had been was exactly like Øyvind's description/experience. During a period of the healing, where I lay on the floor, and after Øyvind had drummed over me, he sat behind me and worked. I felt like I was almost floating above the ground, while at the same time experiencing parts of my brain being deprogrammed by a white light coming from Øyvind's hands. Towards the end, it all came together, and I felt cleansed, whole and felt new power flowing through my body and soul. I have also attended Øyvind's shaman school, and can highly recommend it to those seeking to strengthen themselves, or to serve others.

Shaman healing Øyvind is the most down-to-earth and humble person I have ever met in my long life. He surrounds himself with an aura of security that tells me that it is completely okay to be me, exactly as I am here and now, even with all my "don'ts and musts" 😊 He guided and guided me into myself in a true, genuine, very accurate and steady way that went directly to the core of my "problem". He was always safe and well present, both physically and mentally. Something that made me dare to open up, go into the dark/negative within myself, this which made my life so difficult here and now. When I myself was ready to let go of the negative that I no longer needed to characterize me and my life, Øyvind stood up with his own power and powerful voice and in that way made it much easier for me to let go. This was a very strong first meeting and session, at the same time it was so real and so right to meet Øyvind right now in my life. This meeting was also the start of something more: I will join the course that starts in January 2018. Highly recommend Øyvind.
