Karate Path in Panama

This course has physical elements through karate training, and philosophical, spiritual and nature elements included in the teaching.
I have a black belt in Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate, and in this session I will teach you how karate can be a metaphor for life, and how you can apply this for growth in your own life. In addition to learning the basics of traditional karate, you will also learn applicable defense techniques. No prior knowledge is required. In this course you disconnect from your normal life, but then you connect to something else and a different frequency and with the nature in Panama. This is a great way to be "outside the normal world" where you can reset, learn something new and find new power for your life path.
The base for this stay is located in a rural and natural environment, and the location is Las Minas in the interior of the Cocle province. The place has views of the forest, the hills, and towards the mountains. Here you can find peace and balance and just enjoy being there. In Las Minas you can wake up to the birdsong of many colorful tropical birds that live there.
Feel free to bring your camera, or paint/drawing supplies to manifest the beautiful flora and fauna there in pictures. Or you can just walk and take in nature with all your senses. You will also have your own sessions in silence every day. Silence is a source of new creativity and power. We will also take some day trips from the base to swim in idyllic lagoons under waterfalls in the rainforest, and also to a walk in a cloud forest with a cooler climate higher up. There will also be a swim to the Pacific coast. In the evening you can enjoy the view to the west as we watch the sun set behind the mountain Cerro Orari.
